I really hate not blogging on a regular basis. You would think that I would just quit it. I haven’t had time to take good outfit photos this week and I really wish it was a more frequent experience. But, the thing is…I can’t quit. I don’t know if it’s because I started this blog when I was in Seattle, which was a very special time in my life…..I guess that’s it. Also, I am so inspired by so many of the great bloggers that not only have great style (because I have like 40 favs on my feed..) but also tell great stories with their lives.  (Ahem…Delightfully Tacky, Lulu Letty, The Stylish Wanderer, Flashes of Style, The Styling Dutchman, Selective Potential…and many many more!) These people inspire me with their writing and I hope I aspire to put more dedication into my blogging. I know there is no time like the present, but honestly it just isn’t a realistic goal for me right now. Alas, hopefully I’ll get to it after graduation when I have a little more time for me…(hopefully not too much as I would like to be employed…lol)

Anyway, so this video is visually stunning to me.  Also, is it just me or is the lead singer beautiful?

So, I don’t have scheduled classes on Fridays, so you’d think I’d be really free to do whatever I want with the day. Unfortunately, that’s not usually the case for me. I specifically left my schedule open so that I could work on all the many things I have going on this semester! Anyway,  I wanted something comfy and soft to wear on Friday so this outfit was golden! J

This ring is my Grandmother's class ring! Isn't it beautiful? My Mom let me take it the other day when I was rummaging through her wedding gown!

Okay, this is actually from a day or two ago but I haven’t had ANY time to post! But, I love the fresh flower look of this dress. We took these at my Mom’s house, she lives in a very rural area. And there is this great brick stack and I saw it and needed to have it in my photos! J

When we came back inside, my Mom took out her wedding dress. I haven't seen it in so long! I played in the tulle and I can't lie...it was great fun!

I really hate when I don’t blog for a long time. It makes me feel crummy even though I know I don’t have a ton of followers. If I am going to do this, then I may as well keep it up! It gets so difficult around Spring semester, though! Anyway, outfit from a day or two ago….I’m going with my sister today to look at caterers for she and Nate’s wedding! Yumm!!

I Know That There’s Some Place Just Right for Me…

Ahhh…it’s a new year! Doesn’t it feel great? =) This year has some amazing things in store and I am so eager to see what they are!

New Years Eve was a great deal of fun! I hung out with some of my favorite people. I went to dinner with some friends and then met my sister to ring in the New Year at this great bar at the beach! We were able to see some fireworks as well! NYE outfit was perfect for the weather we experienced.

So, yesterday was my last first day of school ever….totally weird…I am getting so old! But, I am so excited about my last semester at JU. I had my theatrical make up class today. This class is right up my alley, so stay tuned for photos of opera, ballet, geriatric, fantasy, futuristic, and blood and gore stage make-up!! I can’t wait!! =)

Also, I got in some serious debates today in my media ethics and media law classes! Fun fun fun! I love a good ethical debate. =)
