I love to write. I love to write in every way. Actually, I’ve come to realize that I really enjoy and seem to be good at doing the thing that can most passionately communicate my ideas, from writing to speaking to expressing myself artistically. I am a communicator. That’s who I am. I have no idea why, but that seems to be the way my heart and my brain melded together to create what I am.
I think everyone in the world possesses God given talents for a reason and the traits of that person uniquely make up who they are meant to become and why. The thing that lies inside of you that compels you to do something, the reason for ever getting off the couch in the first place is a part of who you are.
I do think people have free will and whether or not they choose to take advantage of their innate capabilities is a choice. But, I also believe that means there isn’t just one road, and that there are several paths that have been made suitable for a person by a higher power, and that fact alone is the reason why I am a hopeful person not a desolate one, an inspired person rather than an unmotivated one, a passionate person over a halfhearted person and a dreamer, not a cynic.
All these things make me such a grateful person, that I feel like I need to be doing more to create these types of opportunities for others. I am aware that, while my life is very much not perfect in any way, it is so blessed and I am so thankful to have been born into such a loveable and supportive family. The amount of love and encouragement I have received throughout my life is more than some people ever get to experience and for that I am so thankful and also moved.
I’ve spent my day stirring up some ideas about how I can use my talents to do my part in my own community. I think I’ve got some pretty great ideas to flesh out. I’ll talk more about them in the coming months if they actually come to fruition. :)
Until tomorrow....

P.S. Wearing pink nail polish is very fun. :) I usually don’t do it because it can be pretty obnoxious and gaudy if not done well. But, this pink was more like a plum or something. Also, I love doing weird things to my photos…this outfit was from Saturday..not today.
